FAQ

What corporate planners ask.

The questions we hear most — about insurance, invoicing, branding, and scaling. If your specific situation isn't covered here, we'll answer it directly when you reach out.

Are you insured? Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance to our venue?+

Yes. Radiant Smiles Entertainment carries general liability insurance, and we'll provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue (and any additional insureds your venue requires) once your event is booked.

Can we be invoiced? Do you accept POs and offer Net-30?+

Yes. For established corporate clients we offer Net-30 invoicing and accept purchase orders. We provide a W-9 on request and accept ACH, check, or major credit card. A signed contract and modest deposit hold the date.

How does pricing work?+

Pricing depends on guest count, event length, and which services you book. Each service has a base rate; layering services into a package generally lowers the all-in cost. We share a written quote within 1–2 business days of receiving your event details.

Can you brand the experience to our company colors?+

Yes. Cotton candy is spun in your event palette, glitter-tattoo stencils can be cut to your logo (2 weeks lead time), photo booth backdrops can be hand-painted to your brand, and our live murals routinely incorporate brand elements.

What does staffing scale look like for big events?+

Face painters cover ~20–25 kids/hour each; glitter-tattoo stations handle ~30/hour; walk-around balloon twisters work the room at ~1 per 150 guests; cotton-candy carts serve ~80/hour. We size the team to your headcount and event duration so lines stay short.

Do you travel outside Madison?+

Yes — Madison-area travel within 30 mi is included on Team Day, 60 mi on Annual Gathering. Statewide and regional travel is available; we quote a flat travel fee based on distance and crew size.

How far in advance should we book?+

Holiday-party season (mid-November through December) and end-of-school-year picnics (May–June) fill up first; book 2–4 months out for those windows. Most other events can be confirmed 4–8 weeks ahead.

Do you handle outdoor events? What about weather?+

Most of our services run great outdoors — face painting, balloons, cotton candy, and DJ all set up under tents or pop-ups. We'll work with your event lead on a weather plan, including indoor backup setups.

Are your products safe for kids and clean for photos?+

Yes. Face paints are FDA-compliant, hypoallergenic, and skin-safe; glitter is cosmetic-grade. We provide allergen sheets on request. Designs are chosen to photograph well and avoid common allergens.

Do you offer a discount for nonprofits or community groups?+

Yes — we offer a discount for 501(c)(3) organizations and community groups. Mention your status in your inquiry and we'll apply it to your quote.
